Beauty Rich Foods



Water; Crucial for flushing out toxins, delivering nutrients & keeps skin looking fresh.  
Hydrate with: Water, Peaches, Green Tea, Cucumbers

Vitamin A & Beta-Carotene; Helps skin heal & rebuild tissue & is an anti-aging tool to prevents wrinkles.  
Eat:  Broccoli, Papaya, Carrots

Vitamin B Complex; Gives your skin a glow by boosting blood circulation & helps your skin receive oxygen.  
Eat: Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Bananas, etc.

Vitamin C; Stimulates the production of collagen in your skin, making it elastic, youthful & firm.
Eat: Grapefruit, Kiwi, Papaya

My current weight is 42 kg & I feel good about it although I'm slightly underweight. Hehe! My Mother has been complaining about how kurus I'm now but as long as I feel happy about my body, I think that matters most eh? #stubborndaughter #yesiam

My current goal is to exercise at least 3 times a week, with 20 minutes allocated per session. The reason being; I often felt tired these days, mentally & physically. Penat tu macam la kerja berat di bawah sinar terik matahari walhal apa je pun. Dah tak fit macam dulu & rasa tuanya ya ampunnn. Ye la. Kerja dalam air-conditioned office, makan sedap tapi berpeluh kurang. Mau tak lemau

Hence, the need to start exercising again. Semoga tidak hangat-hangat tahi ayam misi mek ini
