Terubat Kerinduan Tekak & Perutku Terhadap Nasi

Syukur Alhamdulillah for the nikmat of able to chew, swallow & eat anything I wanted since the first day I was born. Bila sakit ni, baru sedar betapa besarnya nikmat boleh makan tanpa ada masalah

I haven't fully recovered yet but after applying a thick layer of Bonjela, rasa lega sikit & boleh makan. But it will usually last for an hour, maximum. Lepas tu kena apply balik. Currently, my life is depending so much on nasi air or some people call it 'nasi air siam'.

"What's nasi air or 'water rice'?", you might ask

It's Kelantan's version of chicken porridge but it tastes a whole lot tastier than the normal chicken porridge. I'm not writing this because I'm a Kelantanese {Gomo Kelate Gomo!}, but betul la rasa dia sedap! Kesedapan dia jauh benoooooor dengan Bubur Ayam McD. Langsung kenot celen

There's 1 kedai makan at Kota Bharu called Mak Su Nab Nasi Air, which sells the best nasi air in town. Mostly ore Kelate tau la kedai Mok Su Nab ni. I remember going there for the first time when I was 4 or 5 with my family & Ustaz Sulaiman's family {Abah's best friend since Maahad} & kept mentioning its kesedapan over & over again

Ma cakap, nasi air punya kuah tu, biasanya sup tulang. And I prefer eating it with lots of ikan bilis goreng & chillies! Need to try cooking it by my own someday!

Esok nampak gaya kena makan nasi air lagi 1 round. Nasib baik there's one kedai makan at Wakaf Che Yeh yang jual nasi air yang best juga. Terima kasih banyak-banyak kepada Ma & Abah kerana sudi melayan karenah anak bongsu anda ini. Terubat kerinduan tekak & perutku terhadap nasi. Alhamdulillah
