My First Pavlova

I've a sweet tooth & I like anything chocolatey & vanilla-ly {is there such word? Lol!} but detest anything with high % of sugar in it. Atau apabila di alih bahasa ke bahasa Kelantan, mek tok suko sangak make makanae manih leting walaupong ore sokmo label ore kelate berehi make makanane manih

I'm pure Kelantanese but my day won't be complete without a touch of sambal belacan. Menaip perkataan sebelum ini pun sudah cukup membuat mek kecur air liur. Pedas-ness, uuuuuu! Mek suko sengoti! :')

But pavlova is among one of the exceptions now! :D Tqvm to my Sister for so rajin baking it for me last night walaupun penat pulang dari bekerja. Lepas tu bila beliau tanya mek buat apa kat rumah sepanjang hari, mek cepat-cepat lari tajuk. Adik bongsu pulang bercuti, what else do you expect? -.-'

I wanted to put that strawberries around the acuan {?} so bad but Kakak forced me to slice the strawberries cepat-cepat while her doing the hias-hias part. Takut cair katanya T_T

You need to keep it in fridge for some times before sesi makan-makan bermula, anyway. It's too sweet for my liking but the masam-manis coming from the strawberries gives a balance taste to it. Tak boleh makan sokmo la tapi. Nanti hype on sugar cannot sleep at night nanti
