Remember about a recent statutory rape case under Section 376 of the Penal Code between a bowler & a minor girl that has put our country in a loud roar of anger? Subsequently, the judges have been given bad perception, the public thinks our law has gone astray, the bowler should have been given more severe punishment(s) instead of RM25 000 good behaviour bond etc
Like the rest of my friends, I do have my own opinion regarding this matter but what's an opinion anyway without being supported with any reading? And by that, it means by reading an actual judgment, not just some random statuses posted on Fb per se. Hehe!
