Assalamualaikum & jumma mubarakah!
I found this article on Fb & thought that it's worth sharing with you. Feel free to share it :)
I came across this picture
Isn't this true? All the poor children we see on the streets selling candy, tissues & whatever else to help their families. The children see the smiles on the faces of the families buying from them but they don't find a reason to smile themselves from the difficulty of their own lives.

We live in a time where the rich keep getting richer & that's
what many of them keep thinking about.
Take a vow to be different & to further be a Muslim who wants to help
as many people as you can before departing this world. Try to reach the
less fortunate people & share their happiness by being the cause of
it. Realize that life is short & what you have in your hands is but
Allah's gift to you. It really DOES NOT belong to you. It perishes like
everything else. Change a life today...the world is vast. Look for a
child, an orphan, a family, a neighbor, a friend, a stranger or
any Muslim across the globe.
The Prophet (saw) said,
The Prophet (saw) said,
"The
people most beloved to Allah are those who are most beneficial to the
people.
The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy."
