Are You On Weight Loss Mission?

It's been a while since the last time I blogged about my so-called health resolution yakni pada 22/12/2013. Hangat-hangat tahi ayam? Nope nope cuma slow down sikit selepas mendapat semula berat badan lama. Gitteww!

Walaupun pada hakikatnya BMI sekarang adalah underweight tapi percayalah, I was born petite. So, weighing more than 45kg doesn't really suit me. Inikan pula 47/48kg seperti beberapa bulan lepas. Oh cukuplah sekali sahaja daku melalui liku-liku kehidupan yang sukar seperti itu T_T

Other than control separa strict what I eat everyday, I must say that downloading an app called Noom Coach (it's free. Don't worry) from Google Play has helped me a lot in maintain my weight. This app will remind you from time to time when you should take your meal such breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack etc



Beside that, you also can log in the meal(s) that you had & it will calculate the amount of calories you had consumed for that day which actually depends individually according to your age, weight etc. For example, I shouldn't take more than 1460 calories per day & everytime I log in my meal, it will tell you the amount of calories & also which category of food that you just had whether;

  • red food - not great for weight loss because it's easy to eat many calories without feeling full. Example: fried chicken, hotdogs, fish balls
  • yellow food - okay for weight loss but not the best. Example: white rice, chicken curry, roti canai, milo
  • green food - the best for weight loss because they are low-calories but make you feel full. Example: vegetables, green tea

This is my meal log that I logged in on 25/02/2014. Ambil 2 meals but look at the amount of calories! *faints* Tu pun nasib baik 2 keping roti canai tak boleh nak log in, kalau tak ... *faints once again*



Selain itu, ia juga mengira jumlah langkah (steps) yang anda buat everyday. So, kalau rasa macam hari tu ambik banyak calories sebab makan banyak benda lagha tak ingat dunia, bolehlah jalan banyak-banyak sebagai langkah untuk qadha atau berlari setempat atau lompat bintang. Lols!

Ok, dah malas nak promote. If you're on weight loss mission, this app might help you sebab bila tengok the amount of calories that you consumed tu, terus rasa sentap tak semena-mena & boleh mendisiplinkan diri dari makan secara membabi-buta sesuka hati. Remember people, self-discipline is very crucial!
